There are no “centrist” democrats.

Where is the “center” between Trump’s authoritarianism and American laws and norms?

Where is “center” between oligarchy and SNAP benefits, food stamps and homelessness?

Where is “center” between #cult45 and the sanity of the rest of us?

WHAT “CENTER”????

Why do Republicans claim to love the unborn and then when they’re born, the love disappears and “it ain’t my problem. I got mine. You get yours.”

Truly caring about human beings is a lifelong continuum. NOT A PHASE.
We honor veterans’ service, but too often overlook them when their invisible wounds lead to the justice system. In @starsandstripes.bsky.social, CCJ Veterans Justice Commission Director David “Mac” MacEwen shares how government can better support them: www.stripes.com/opinion/2025...
We thank veterans for their service. Why don’t we support them when they stumble?
We’ve seen encouraging signs our government is prioritizing veterans who stumble, but more is needed, says David MacEwen, a retired brigadier general.

EIGHT Democrats never got that memo.
Many Americans are hurting right now because of the shutdown, but caving to Republicans won’t end the hurt.

Trump and his lapdogs continue to assert that they alone have the power to slash whatever programs they don’t like.

Deals with this regime are meaningless.

Trump pardoned his former lawyers, Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, and numerous other allies who supported his 2020 election subversion efforts. The pardons appear to be symbolic, given that none of those pardoned faced federal charges.

Voters want a Democratic Party that fights back against the forces that have rigged the system and made their lives more difficult.

A party that comforts the afflicted and afflicts the comfortable —not a party that buckles and capitulates.

When will party leadership learn this lesson?

Gutted by the Dems caving after the blue-wave wins of last week? Sick & tired of us snatching defeat from the jaws of victory? I hear you! Might I suggest you calm yourself, relax, take a deep, cleansing breath... then see if this photo of 2 pandas cuddling is of any help.

EIGHT PEOPLE (!!!), yes ONLY EIGHT PEOPLE could have made a difference.

The politicians go on & on about how OUR vote matters.

WHAT ABOUT THEIR VOTE?!?!?!?

Don’t fucking lecture me about MY vote mattering if YOUR JOB IS YOUR VOTE AND YOU FUCK EVERYONE ELSE because you couldn’t be bothered to care
The reason people think the Democratic Party doesn't actually stand for anything is because it doesn't.

When you think of being a @kaine.senate.gov be better than that. Be an @abigailspanberger.com instead.
Thanks a lot for folding, @kaine.senate.gov—you are one hell of a disappointment. I never thought my own senator would vote against Virginia voters’ wishes. And after that beautiful blue sweep on Tuesday, too. You let us down big time.

This deal to reopen the government is fucking disgraceful.

Tens of millions will lose their healthcare. Trump will be emboldened.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Democratic Party leadership and why we need more people in Congress who will actually hold the line.

I *EXPECT* EVERY other Democrat in power to absolutely lambaste and run those 8 traitor Democrats up the flagpole and rip them a new one, EVERY DAY.

There is a new litmus test. Saving America from Republican onslaught was clearly NOT ENOUGH of a principle to stand on, nor was literally saving lives
November 10, 2025 at 4:26 PM
Are ALL Democrats (and yes that includes the 8 that fucked us all) NOW pissed off enough at Republicans?

Yesterday, 8 Democrats NONE of which who are up for re-election btw, couldn’t have managed to care enough & give enough of a fuck to oppose Republicans

And today is another hideous American day
The most lawless, criminal administration in U.S. history. Disgraceful.
