My hairdresser instinctively parts my hair on the opposite side, but usually she double checks or I correct her. But I decided to just embrace it this last time, because she’s the expert at how hair is supposed to lay. And damn, it does look better.

Well, I’ve crocheted all the pieces of a sweater. And because I never checked gauge and haven’t blocked any of them, they’ll probably stay loosely in a pile for a week or two. I’ve already moved on to making pieces of a different sweater (still no gauge checking)

I get to see babies today! I have shockingly little baby exposure in my life, especially since they are now basically sequestered due to measles, so this is VERY exciting.

I rely heavily on Banana Republic for work pants due to them actually having tall sizes. But I am BEGGING
Don’t make tall sizes of ankle pants. Or cropped pants. No one needs that. We can buy the normal cropped size and be fine if it doesn’t hit at the exact right point on the leg.

A lot of things happen in Canadian politics, but I don’t think a budget has ever broken the opposition before. Usually the ruling minority party becomes a majority after the nonconfidence votes, not during.

I’m not a business person, but I’m a little confused by Tesla’s approval of a pay package to guarantee their CEO stays. Even though he tanked the stock in the first half of the year by sieg heiling and has caused numerous countries pivot away from Tesla for EV subsidies. But idk man, that’s just me
