Termination for medical reasons is rarely talked about but the grief can be profound - very moving to read this account from Jennifer Sizeland. www.stylist.co.uk/fitness-heal...

Medicaid expansion covers individuals who make < ~$20K a year and many parents, people with disabilities, and low-paid workers who would be uninsured without it. Taking away people's health care makes them vulnerable, even if you don't think they are now.

All the Senate staffers who know what's up talk to Murshed. I'd take this list very seriously.
Good question. @joshtpm.bsky.social may have better info. But the Dems to push on the funding fight to rein in Musk include the following:

Bennett (CO)
Gallego (AZ)
Hassan (NH)
Hickenlooper (CO)
Kelly (AZ)
Osoff (GA)
Peters (MI)
Slotkin (MI)
Warner (VA)

Call Fetterman too but he is so useless.
Which democratic senators are at risk of voting in favor of the CR? We should be calling their offices.

That means- if you’re in a position to follow orders from Trump and Musk: DELAY.

Work exactly 40 hours per week. Ask many questions. Slow down any bad rules. Don’t take bad actions. Focus on making grants happen.
Please do this.
