John if you would listen to Lord Hodge’s summation and read the judgment you would know. The fact ppl were liable to criminal prosecution for disclosing if someone had a GRC meant service providers didn’t ask and so self-ID became the norm. See section 22 of GRA. And try reading the 88 page ruling 🤷🏻♀️

Humans have been able to correctly indentify males and females since the dawn of time. This sort of woke capture brings our party into disrepute. Ed Davey has repeatedly said that we accept the Supreme Court judgement. We should not now, as above, be trying to undermine it.

Don't be silly - of course it doesn't 'rewrite' the law. It interprets EA2010 as it was intended. People were (deliberately or misguidedly) misinterpreting the law, but feminists have been saying for many years this was wrong
