According to my calculations, I can never have enough notebooks or witty advocacy stickers to cover up company logos on said notebooks.

“Even as a young boy you have moved the world….Don’t let anyone tell you this isn’t your home.” 💕
Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning.

Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

Desmond Wilson played such an iconic role on an amazing sitcom.

I loved watching reruns of “Sanford and Son” on TV Land with my grandmother when I was a kid so ‘Lamont’ will always have a special place in my heart.💕

As if this week wasn’t terrible enough, someone in my neighborhood now has video footage of me crawling and sliding on a hill of ice with a broom and shovel to their porch to get my food because it was delivered to the wrong house.

Journalists Don Lemon and Georgia Fort have been arrested for reporting the news.

This is a brazen, unconstitutional overreach. We demand that Congress act immediately to check the executive branch’s unhinged abuse of power.

At a time when millions of families are already struggling with the rising cost of living, the FCC should be focused on making connectivity more affordable.

Instead, it is erecting new barriers that risk raising phone and internet bills for the people who can least afford it. 🧵

Documenting how industry enables, profits from, and legitimizes attacks on people of color in the U.S. is critical.

In April, I wrote about how FCC Chair Brendan Carr has spent years auditioning to hold an apple, peach, or whatever Real Housewives prop by pandering to the “main character.”

His testimony today before Senate Commerce proved that...again.

During questioning, FCC Chair Brendan Carr was asked whether the FCC is an independent agency. Sen. Luján specifically cited the FCC website calling it “independent.”

I took a screenshot of the site at 11:54 am

I took another at 12:22 pm and the word “independent” was gone.

In December, there's always tension between resting & a mad rush to accomplish goals. I’m making my way through my list:

-Got rid of clothes that were giving Little House on the Prairie vibes

-Caught up on Below Deck episodes

-Publish my first Bluesky post (you’re seeing this in real time)
