So this study isn't even really showing that CBT doesn't work for reducing depression, as such -- it's showing that young people don't want to engage with a CBT app for reducing depression.

This isn't surprising really - young people are busy and tired and want to relax in their free time

The first publication on perceptions of diagnosis and social media use of youth in psychiatric treatment is out now!

Anyone that loves someone who's experiencing long covid knows the just how much impact it's had on their lives - as this piece highlights there is hopeful research on the horizon, but there's so much more that needs to be done to make moving on from the pandemic an option for everyone
