I really do not understand beauty standards in other countries. A character is treated as ugly, and I'm like, "but they're perfectly lovely?" And then someone else is treated as gorgeous, and i think, "i mean...they're okay i guess..." It doesn't make any sense.

I'm watching Good Morning Call. A guilty pleasure for sure. I hate uehara. He's a prick, gives only scraps of mild kindness to his long-time girlfriend. She's a dingbat with no emotional fortitude but she deserves better than this jerk.

Having worked in the legal field, I'm not really intimidated by attorneys.
But god do they make me tired. I spent my whole entire day arguing law with attorneys. This should not have been my entire day. Anyone can read a law. It's right there for all to see.
