Today the Supreme Court granted review in an important case for the outcome of the 2026 elections. At stake is the fate of tens or even hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots. Momentum is a real thing.

Democrats finally had some, after massive turnouts for #NoKings and resounding wins in both red and blue states last week.

The majority of the country, rightfully so, held Trump and the GOP accountable for the government shutdown.

If he were to actually do any of this, there would be a short-term benefit to the economy, which might last until the middle of next year. However, if the distribution were timed right, it could last until the election, and he would get credit for a slightly improved economy.
During the last 3 days, Trump has declared he wants to send $2,000 to working Americans that aren’t rich, $10,000 to air traffic controllers, and an undisclosed amount to people who need healthcare.

Sounds like he’s turning into a SOCIALIST.

Schumer doesn’t get that, after the outrage in March, the only thing that would redeem him was not giving votes to the GOP this time, sticking it out until they caved.

He thinks he gets points for sticking it out for while this time. But that’s not how it works. The anger is now ten times greater.

What did the Hated 8 Dems have in common besides voting against the American people last night? They all received donations from American Airlines PAC. Their vote was not about a vote on ACA or even SNAP. Their goal was to get American Airlines at full capacity again. Bought and paid for #ProudBlue

Trump pardoned a drug dealer with ties to the Kushner family, and today that man was sent back to federal prison for threatening to kill a woman, groping his family's nanny, and several other crimes.

Seems relevant, given Trump has admitted he has no idea who he's pardoning...

Congressional Democrats are livid after a handful of their Senate colleagues voted Sunday to end the government shutdown. Chris Murphy called it a mistake. Bernie Sanders called it “a very bad night.” And Ro Khanna and Seth Moulton accused Chuck Schumer of being ineffective & called for his removal.

Perhaps ending the shutdown was the responsible thing to do. But by caving, Democrats risk legitimizing Trump’s maximum-pain shutdown tactics.

Is anyone keeping a running list?
Here's what I have:

Visa = credit card, not immigration
Asylum = mental institution, not immigration
The C in HBCU = Chinese?

What am I missing?
Trump says that HBCUs would be "all be out of business" if fewer Chinese students were allowed to go to American universities

This deal to reopen the government is fucking disgraceful.

Tens of millions will lose their healthcare. Trump will be emboldened.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Democratic Party leadership and why we need more people in Congress who will actually hold the line.
