The Green Party is ending the year on a real high. Not just individual polls are putting the Greens level with or ahead of Labour, the polling average has them tied with Labour now.

Labour is finished, a wasted vote.

UK lacks 'coherent' social mobility plan, govt adviser says.

Need to reduce income/wealth inequality; excessive inherited wealth; better access to healthcare, education, jobs, housing.

Govts captured by corporations/rich, practice regressive taxation, slaves to arbitrary fiscal rules.
Starmer lacks coherent social mobility plan, top government adviser says
The chair of the Social Mobility Commission has called on the prime minister to set out a clearer strategy.

The right try and distract us by constantly talking about immigration.

Cost of Living, the NHS, the climate crisis - let's keep them on the agenda.

The Express is furious about this because the moment you show those who repeat anti-immigration rhetoric the real human stories their narrative collapses.

The “immigrants” are people. Our friends, colleagues and family.

And it’s this nation of neighbours that is what makes Britain great.

While I think most literate people can be insightful and articulate in text form, if given enough time to collect their thoughts, it is a rare talent to be able to do that verbally, in real time, while responding to interruptions, hostile jibes or pointed questions and STILL get your point across.

Very telling tonight on Question Time how much the Labour minister absolutely did not want me to talk.

Every time I even began a sentence he started to try and distract me.

It's not going to work on anyone.

I've noticed that the majority of supporters of the Labour Party have "left leaning" in their bios

Which is very telling. Not left wing, not even centre left, just
"left leaning", i.e. right wing with a slight conscience, or as we used to call them "one nation conservatives"

The guy on LBC told Nick Ferrari he's now in the top rate of tax, so won't vote Labour. Yet instead of voting Green, he'll vote for the Worker's Party?.. Um, do people not understand how splitting the vote still keeps us down yet?.. Holy shit!.. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The 50 wealthiest families own more wealth than the bottom 50% of the population.

How can this Labour Government say this is a "cost of living" budget and refuse to tax the rich?

They care about protecting power and wealth. And cost of living is a buzz phrase for them. Dire.

The very first thing the Prime Minister does is use the household budget metaphor.

A metaphor - this report into BBC coverage - said could be "easily misleading."

Why is the government trying to mislead the country?
