Não é possível, cara. Esse ministro Fux deve ter algo a perder (ou ganhar) muito grande/valioso, não é possível que alguém se disponha a falar tanto por tanto tempo em defesa de algo/alguém que visivelmente é um absurdo ser defendido. O que será que tá acontecendo?
