it does seem like there’s a major—though potentially fleeting—opportunity to invest in left-wing media. more than a million people in the most populous city in america just enthusiastically elected a democratic socialist and the world is watching. putting $$ towards left media rn is good business.

That brings the Ghana total to 42 people on three ICE flights.

Why do they play the World Series games so late? Do they no longer get enough viewership to justify starting earlier so people on the east coast will watch the whole games?

While I mention Alan in the headline (because I care about that), most of the piece links his layoff to the long string of job cuts and other moves by PMC, which is apparently bleeding money. That revenue problem is also driving PMC's lawsuit against Google, which specifically mentions Rolling Stone

Legacy media is literally caping for white supremacy now. Quoting the man they’re venerating, whose proud life’s work was disparaging marginalized groups, is officially a firing offense, but calling for the homeless to be euthanized is not. Wild.

In fairness everyone involved is at a disadvantage here because Americans in general have no idea what leftist ideology even is
Q: "You told the WSJ that it is 'very clear to us and investigators that this person was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.' Can you elaborate?"
Gov. Cox: "Sure. That information comes from the people around him, from his family members and his friends. That's how we got that information."

First the WSJ incorrectly reporting the bullet casings had "trans ideology" written on them, then The Guardian interviews some jagoff and prints claims that the shooter was "leftist," which the source then retracts. This is journalistic malpractice on a systemic scale.
Y'know that Guardian article which cited an anonymous friend of Tyler Robinson claiming he was the only "leftist" in his family?
It just got updated after the "verified source" decided he couldn't remember his "relationship" with the accused shooter well enough to be quoted
