I keep up to date on who is authorized to monitor my credit, and I keep a close eye on things. It makes spotting scams MUCH easier.
Then when a scam caller makes the mistake of targeting me I can talk them in circles for as long as I can for fun. Today was 9 minutes, but my record is 45. :)

Angry person yelling at chill person who is responding by being calm, which makes the angry person even more mad? Problematic rage gap.
