Similarly, I was diagnosed with an inherited disorder recently and it doesn't have a cure. The pain I'm in will continue to worsen.

And I thought...Why the fuck am I wasting this life doing anything else than what I want? Why was I waiting for some big Hollywood exec to tell me I'm good enough?
