It’s a stupid defence anyway. Government ministers have to prepare for and be able to discuss hypotheticals all the time. Covid pandemic being a really obvious recent example.

It's plain as the nose on your face that early childhood education should be 100% not for profit, run by state governments and NGOs. Stop wasting money on profit maximisers.

Plum and five spice tofu. Soak the chunked firm tofu in salt water for 20 mins before cooking, drain, fry with a 1 tbspn cornflower, five spice and pinch of baking soda. Remove from pan, rest tofu on kitchen paper until ready to add to the sauce: minced ginger, garlic powder, plum sauce, soy sauce
