I think it was @gregpak.net who recently said something like "action alleviates anxiety." Take that to heart. You will feel less alone, less helpless, less defenseless if you become involved in local progressive action. It's already happening all around you; go outside and find it.

I dug a space heater that my MIL left behind out of storage to see if it works (my studio remains stubbornly difficult to keep warm). It's one of those faux fireplace looking ones, but the flame effect is broken so it's just this ominous, humming black box lol

I'll keep repeating it til' I'm blue in the face - making comics is actually an exceptionally difficult task. I'm quick as hell but each page I draw represents about 10-20 hours of work from writing to final output. I deserve to be paid for that work.
