After 8NGOs filed a complaint, the EU watchdog has decided to investigate the EU Commission over the flawed lawmaking process on the Omnibus Package.

We are clear: it is not simplification, but full-scale deregulation designed to dismantle corporate accountability & abandon #GreenDeal commitments.
