They're going to act like sacrificing an upper manager or two and reducing goon concentrations is the reasonable position. It's not.

I was looking forward to picking up Set a Watch digitally, but.

Nobody with Bovino's haircut should be suggesting that poor choices are punishable by death.

Argh, the despair of thinking you had tortilla chips but are actually out.

Increasingly obvious that a lot of people are concerned only with the visibility of the brutality and not the brutality itself. Totally healthy society.

At that delightful stage of my sinus infection where I’m mostly okay for hours and then suddenly have to hack up an entire lung.

I haven’t heard anything about Knight of the Seven Kingdoms but I really enjoyed the first episode.

I love that they included a Brikar in Starfleet Academy but they could have put them in literally any other outfit. They clearly just used the original Prodigy character model sheet when Rok-Tahk was in her slave outfit.

Based on the inspiration quotes that appear in the background monitors at Starfleet Academy, the ships' systems are just always listening and recording everything everyone says, not just official logs? That's pretty weird, Starfleet!

"It's not stopping"
"Might as well get used to it"

Pro-AI rhetoric definitely has a running theme! It's pretty weird! And reminiscent of certain other terrible things!

While stuck at home sick I’ve watched almost half of Frieren, it’s great.

I've only gotten to watch the first episode of Starfleet Academy, but I liked it fine? I don't really know what the complaints are about. It's not perfect, but I had a good time with it. Looking forward to more.

Every fiction writer has literally hundreds of characters running around in our heads at any given time. Chatbots are lathing brains smooth as an android’s bottom.

Don’t need overly elaborate ID methods for officers if you don’t have officers.

Honestly pretty weird to not have contempt for Congress.

When the entirety of someone's guiding philosophy is to make other people mad, the worst thing you can tell them is that you're not mad at them.

Saw a really neat paint station that Green Stuff World is making, but the tariff charge is almost as much as the station itself.

Word's irritating little magic chatbot icon overlaps the red track changes mark in the margin, so you can't see where changes have been made if you're in Simple Markup mode.
