Turns out @thebadspot.bsky.social was correct, this game is great. I’ve only played through the first portion, but I can tell I’m sticking with this one. I’ve created a teen boy witch who can bring ink to life.

Got together with a couple friends to play Hairfoot Jousting, a very silly game of hobbits jousting on mounts they have only marginal control over. We had a blast. These figures were super fun to paint.

Picked up the new Exploration Guide for Star Trek Adventures and this book is rad as hell. Can't wait to subject my players to some of this.

Trying out the “slapchop” method to paint these little hobbit jousters and it’s not bad. The only problem is when I mistakenly get a bright or darker color in the wrong spot. I can’t really cover it with the lighter color that’s supposed to be there.

I'll probably put in an appearance at the Trans Day of Visibility event at Harvest House tonight to kill time while the kid is in her dance class (time frame of like 6-8), if any other locals will be around.
