Me, waiting for the perfect jrpg with just-right proportions and character design. I feel like it's two extremes with one end being hyperrealism and the other being "everything just looks like recycled genshin". Fire Emblem please come out faster.
I think I've figured out why I dislike 95% of modern AAA games.
I'm beyond fatigued with realism. Games that strive for immense graphical fidelity comprised of endless breathtaking views all end up looking like the same boring muddy mess.
So many games just look borderline identical now.

Really hate seeing the twt callout culture move over here. Personal grievances with people can stay personal and be solved way easier by communicating. Posting for the court of public opinion when the "crimes" are "i felt hurt" do nothing except send an army after someone else.

I wanna go to Gateway Fate again so bad...but it's definitely not in the cards until things are settled on the human rights and facism front.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.

When a video game boss glitches out the first time you fight it, that colours your perspective no matter how many times you do it "correctly". I fought a final boss where I hit it once and it shot straight up into the air and just never came down, and as far as I'm concerned that's the canon ending.

Man...when we got to kumamoto/yatsushiro the port was playing a very catchy like, classic Japanese song and the only part I remember is the woman singing "yatsushirooooiiii" in a very traditional way and it's SO HARD to find and it's been months and have no idea how to track it down. 😭

I arrived too late to an abduction yesterday. Ice vehicles boxed in a food delivery driver on the highway. They took him, and when I came on the scene (with a few other neighbors in cars), his keys were still in it. We found his phone, a debit card, his car title and registration.
