“This is going to be great television,” says the Russian asset as his fascist masters carry out a genocidal war. Disgraceful.

Trump’s disgusting behavior in our Oval Office in the company of a genuine hero and defender of democracy like Volodymyr Zelensky may be the most disgraceful public behavior by any president in our history.

Today marks three years of Ruzzia’s full scale invasion of Ukraine and I’m reminded of the Ukrainian toast “budmo” - “let us be.” It’s said to have originated from the times of the Cossacks - leave us alone. Stop trying to take over our land and kill our people. #fuckrussia #russiaisaterroriststate

5 Stalks of Grain is a harrowing read and a small piece of the brutality of the Holodomor. And my writing wouldn't be improving if it wasn't for Adrian's critical eye.
Hi! Allow me to introduce myself. I write historical fiction. Five Stalks of Grain, a graphic novel I wrote (illustrated by the incredibly talented Ivanka Galadza) about the Holodomor, the terror-famine that claimed millions of lives in Soviet Ukraine was published by University of Calgary Press.
