Ordered a Zombies, Run! Virtual Race medal as a little souvenir of my time working on it.

Producing the last few Virtual Races was a highlight of my time at Six to Start.

I got to explore the possibilities of ARGs and puzzles as marketing tools, and I even learnt how to make parallax animations!

Never normally watch BBC News, but caught a segment about the Spain/Portugal blackouts last night where they spent a full five minutes looking at how, in theory, renewable energy might have caused them; immediately followed by admitting that experts believed this was unlikely.

So I didn’t feel a particularly strong emotional reaction to the major character death in #TheLastofUs s2 ep2.

Am I cold hearted or does the show completely lack emotional depth? Note: I didn’t play the games. Also: Of course I adore the actor.

We believe the Supreme Court – which disgracefully refused to hear from trans people before its decision last week – has placed the UK in breach of its obligations under the Human Rights Act.

So we’re readying a challenge – join us:

Happy 40th Birthday to Carmen Sandiego!

Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego was released on April 23, 1985 by Broderbund. The Almanac it shipped with was updated with each new print run, which gives you an easy way to identify which edition a copy is. But what if you come across a sealed copy?

I realise this is incredibly niche gamer chat, but I just got to Room 46 in Blue Prince and I don’t think I’ve ever derived such overwhelming satisfaction from a game before.

This is just simple queerphobia. Utterly nasty. And to do this days after Jamie Greene, a gay MSP, left the party? Absolutely proving his point.

The absolute state of Scottish politics right now. Completely and utterly shameful. Physically sickens me.

After two life-changing years as Communications Manager at Six to Start, a restructure has catapulted me back into the jobs market.

I'm going to miss working with some of the most talented creative people in the business. So, what's next for me?

David Lynch’s work was my first foray into arthouse cinema as a teenager.

I remember the exhilaration of realising that, in fiction, sometimes you just can’t guess what’s coming next.

Incredible, though not remotely surprising, to see a Guardian journalist fall hook, line and sinker for this blatant reputation laundering project for one of our most vile right wing politicians.

Dived into Death Stranding now it’s on Xbox, and I’m utterly captivated.

I’m finding the cycle of extreme tension and cathartic calm very addictive. It’s just packed with the shock and delight elements that Kojima does best.

The studio that made this released some numbers. They had to produce 85 minutes of footage to find 15 usable seconds for this ad.

The machine that creates moving images out of nothing has a failure rate of 340:1 and the best 15 seconds... is this.
