i swear the reason autistic people have “poor interoception” is that we don’t as kids, but we get told how our bodies feel is wrong so many times that we develop targeted dissociation so that we are no longer consciously aware of what’s going on and stop upsetting people with complaints.

I just straight up stopped taking that bitch recently. After I saw this excerpt from diyhrt.wiki . Results have been great so far! Like increased clarity and the need to pee 12 times a day slowly going down. My levels have been that low for years now so ymmv ofc.
