Caught this at @abertoirfest.bsky.social last week. It's a stunning restoration of a wonderful gothic yarn and a must for fans of Barbara Steele.

We wrapped the 20th Abertoir late on Sunday and can’t thank you enough for joining us – 5 days of horror, old and new, and all the delights in between!

As the dust settles & we return to our crypts to sleep, we want to reiterate our thanks to you all for joining us again, both old friends and new.

An amazing time at #Abertoir2025. It’s still going on. I wish I could have stayed, but the working week beckons. Thank you @abertoirfest.bsky.social organisers who worked so hard. The mystery screening (Primate!), Simon Boswell’s concert, hearing the crowd screams at the climax of Phenomena - bliss!

Watched Mārama last night at @abertoirfest.bsky.social Suitably impressive. A powerful anti-colonial tale of cultural appropriation, torn families, abuse beneath the veneer of civilisation, and righteous, roaring revenge. Highly recommended.
