This 737 came into service in 1979 with PWA in Edmonton. It was retired from Air Canada’s service in 2005. The aircraft became part of an exhibit at the Alberta Aviation Museum. In 2013, the aircraft was flown to Villeneuve where it now sits. #abandoned #Alberta #yeg #history #plane #airplane

This piece was in our main library in 2015 for a couple of months & a woman told me she would stop by on her lunch break & just sit & look at it almost daily because it gave her some peace. Few better compliments.

The bird on the top has a nice fish. The bird underneath tries to steal the fish. The bird with the fish drops the fish when it knows it's being attacked by the fish thief. A little bit of drama. This encounter was far away, so grainy, but fun to witness and capture.

A little drama ensued and the bird that had the fish is on the bottom in this photo and is letting the fish thief know he is NOT happy. The bird that is the fish thief did not go to the water to retrieve the fish.
