Guardian and Observer journalists are striking tomorrow and Thursday for the first time in 53 years. I love my work, and feel incredibly sad that it has come to this. But I also feel so proud of my fellow journos who've united to resist the plan to "sell" the Observer to a loss-making startup ✊🏽✊✊🏿
