This is not a rational person. And this is deeply disturbing coming from an American President. NATO is not our enemy—they are unequivocally our closest friends and allies.

At this point, how can you not call into question the mental fitness of this President?

So aside from tipping tens of millions of people into misery and penury, they also encouraged people to rise up against their horrible government then cheered them on while they got mowed down. And are bragging about this openly, on camera.

Jones: All you do is keep people fearful because you get paid 45 million a year to keep people fearful so they don’t pay attention to the CEOS taking their healthcare. You don’t care about the American people. You want them to be afraid of immigrants because all you have is fear.

There's a small group of legal academics trying to create ahistorical comically bad "scholarship" to back-fill for the admin's lack of textual, historical, & doctrinal support for voiding birthright citizenship via EO. And there is a larger group of us, including Anthony, who are calling bullshit.
I’ve criticized Ilan for not doing source criticism. Now, he’s endorsing the Trump Administration’s bad historical methods. Not only are they just throwing random people’s opinions at the wall— long after the ratification of the 14th Amendment— but they’re citing white supremicist segregationists!

Mischief Toy Store in St. Paul has until Wednesday to turn over employment records to the Department of Homeland Security as part of a surprise audit launched Friday, just hours after one of the shop's owners criticized ICE agents during a television interview. bit.ly/4r5AFol

ICE is in Tyler, Texas, disappearing people. I have now witnessed their work in person. We don’t know where the “deported” go. It’s 1939. Be safe. Be loud.

"In one year, however, Trump has undone most of those advantages, gutting or surrendering them despite their value to the United States in its competition for great-power dominance. In their place, he has embraced extraction, corruption, and transactional arrangements he can revise at will."

I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.

On MLK Day, we’ll hear a lot of quotes from people actively dismantling his legacy, including the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act.
