The population of England in 2022 was 57.1 million 2.6% (the difference between the % of excess deaths in England compared with Scotland) of 57.1 million is 1.5 million. Journalists should be asking questions like "if ACA subsidies go to undocumented immigrants, how much money went out the door for that during your time as OMB director? Why didn't you put an end to it?"
