Again, elections happen under competitive authoritarianism. What doesn’t happen is legal accountability for criminals allied with the government, or elections that are fully free & fair. We already don’t have those. If the claim is we’re still going to be a full democracy in 2026/8, I have bad news.

I highly recommend anyone wanting to understand more about the relationships between people in power and how that drives what we are now experiencing to read Sarah's books and articles.
I was suspended right before the Epstein emails were released. If the BlueSky search engine works, you will find a wealth of posts from me about the people in those emails, who I wrote about in my books HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT and THEY KNEW. This is the work I feared would be erased on Twitter.
