I work with such talented and committed nursing academics in Cardiff University. Excellent teaching, outstanding research: all in a School with a history of doing this for more than half a century. All now at risk, with letters informing us of possible redundancy landing yesterday. Very poor.

To be true co-researchers surely they should be paid the same rate as any other researcher? On our NIHR Blueprint project, we paid young co-researchers the same rate as a uni research assistant because they were essentially doing the same job. Bureaucracy a nightmare but McPin came to the rescue.

Can't believe I only watched this film last week, having never seen it before. It is every bit as good as the reviews say.
