On Cardiff University closure of nursing (which is funded on contract rather than student fees) it smells of a “strategy” to transfer provision, since inconceivable Wales would reduce new nurses by 300+ pa. What is going on? Answers to @nation.cymru qus needed urgently. nation.cymru/news/academi...

I work with such talented and committed nursing academics in Cardiff University. Excellent teaching, outstanding research: all in a School with a history of doing this for more than half a century. All now at risk, with letters informing us of possible redundancy landing yesterday. Very poor.

It means so much to me to be in this NHS England film on co-production in SEND because I was once an autistic, ADHD, mentally ill young person who was undiagnosed & unsupported.
I want better outcomes for young people with SEND &, to me, co-production is integral to this.
