Missed the adult moth this year, so delighted to bump into this Lime Hawk-moth caterpillar trundling down a gatepost looking for a place to pupate at WorcsWT Knapp & Papermill on Sunday 🐛💚🍃

Spent afternoon at #UptonWarren #worcsWT yesterday (29.10.25). Saw kingfisher, kestrel and gull at the Flashes. Very quiet on the water but plenty of birds in the trees and bushes. Saw, chiff chaff, goldfinch, white wagtail, LTtits, buzzard. Later at Moors deer, fox, wigeon, teal, swans etc.

Fab day in the sunshine @ #uptonwarren. Very friendly place and packed full of birds. Great views of the 11 #curlews currently in residence. A Jack Snipe too. @WorcsWT @WorcsBirding

A thermal survey in Evesham last night saw us do quite well, with 2 Woodcock, 1 being a retrap from the same field last year, 3 Fieldfare and 17 Skylark, which included 4 retraps from earlier this year. @WorcsWT @tjfocus_ #doesmynoselookbiginthis

Every month, I spend 3 or 4 days at a site in Worcestershire, called #YewView. Last week I set a Helarctos in the woods nearby…. And captured some lovely clips! Watch in 4K!
