I’m about to pour this from @circumstancewhisky.bsky.social. This whisky was created from organic malted barley, un-malted barley and roasted barley.
The grains were mashed and fermented on saison yeast, Belgian abbey yeast and a strong ale yeast for 14 days. #whiskywednesday

First #WhiskyWednesday of the second half of the year, another one from the #WhiskyTourOfTheWorld collection. This is a Swedish single malt, Svensk Ek from Mackmyra. Lots going on with this one, and it's all excellent.
