#viewcontroller
I thinks it’s depending on the usage of apple's standard viewcontroller for showing images or if the app has custom views for displaying images, hence a lacking OVR feature in place. I have this issue as well. Super annoying.

Why do they call it model view controller when you view the controller viewcontroller model control the view model?

Create an ViewControllerRepresentable with a viewcontroller that handles the MKMapView for you. You'll have much more control over it.

Alright, this WebP/GIF adventure was for nothing. I figured out how to make the fucking video player stop fullscreening on iOS:

let webConfig = WKWebViewConfiguration()
webConfig.allowsInlineMediaPlayback = true

Add that to your ViewController in Xcode and you're golden. Thank god.

I haven't touched this at all, but I would look at the NSUserActivity API on the ViewController or its SwiftUI counterpart. As that's how it works on iOS.

An old iOS app I'm fixing up is so broken that if I remove an unused `.h` file from the bridging header, I get DOZENS of cascading errors across the whole project. The entire app relied on (what I thought was) an unused library to override `ViewController` and `UIApplication` 😭

Is the ViewController in the room with us

I have the problem with passing data to the information window and then when a search is done, it changes. I mentioned delegates before but thinking more I would have used a property of a ViewController with AppKit. But kinda different here

Coming from UIKit and AppKit I've never understood the need for a Router. It makes it unnecessary complex. As you need make calls to the ViewController or "Main"View. That stuff is handled by the ViewController or in SwiftUI in a "Main"View.

Nah, MVC became Massive View Controller because there's a lot of engineers that have no clue what they're doing. Adding it to the ViewController seems the fastest way and due to time pressure it's just added.

MVVM has been causing unnecessary boilerplate code.

Not doing much UIKit anymore but I never liked to have so many classes with the *ViewController suffix. But I never came up with something to replace it.

Alternatively, boot an embeded http server from the viewcontroller and proxying the entire requests and downgrade to plain http to prevent mixed content... Nonsense.

Can't we just configure shared storage? No, they provide only isolation and clear methods...

Nice thank you!
Do you have any recordings/screenshots how this behaves UX wise?
From what I gathered so far this basically launches a new Activity/ViewController from the Zendesk SDK?
