I just signed the contract for eight devotionals for Guidepost. I have a couple of weeks before I start writing them. I shall use the time to vegetate nicely.

Haha, wasn't sure how local you are. Just on the edge of Nottingham, England. One of these days when I was starting to vegetate at home and really had to force myself out the door for a walk - not been there for a while, and a lovely bright chilly day, so well worth the effort! Where are you?

I work a stationary desk job like you and plus I go home and vegetate a lot so I was not very active at all. It was a huge adjustment period for me to get to a point where I could regularly do exercise without being tired after 5 mins of effort
