Getting #SitgesBearWeek ready. Not sure whether that one was about building muscle or acclimatising - it was sweatyAF. Either way starting to take control of back pain again - it’s been a hard slog since March’s decompression surgery and mind fuck doing things I’ve not been able to for 25 years!!!
