i do think it's worth noting how many of us turn our decades of imposed isolation into a state of becoming supertalented with programming, music, etc. i don't think i would have had this incredibly unusual early-in-life career success without that having happened to me.

Magical musical weekend continued: Patterson Hood at the HiFi. 5 things.
1. Hood is supertalented--lyrically and musically.
2. The band, the Sensurrounders, was amazing!! (Baby Jay, Easy B, Lydia Loveless, and Ben Hackett). They wailed. Quite different from DBT. But still beautiful noise.
