Jammies on, and a weird creation of 🌱Cheesesteak Poutine* on the way for din din.
*Crispy Potatoes O’Brien with GBD steak🌱bites (sautéed with Merlot & Dijon), a deep veg demi glace drizzle, and a roasted onion
🌱cheese sauce.

The 🌱cheese sauce turned out pretty darn good!!; it was my first attempt at a mac-n-cheese / queso type sauce, and this is definitely going in the cookbook.
I would proudly serve this to my Chef crushes: Antonia Lofaso, Carla Hall, and Stephanie Izard.

I decided I also wanted a churro with chocolate sauce, so this cinnamon crunchy thing will be reduced to coarse dust to coat the 🌱ice cream.
