Hm. Regarding me: the other day, after me mentioning possible sleep apnea and its symptoms, my Dr leaned into me and asked if I had "undiagnosed speep apnea."
"I, well .. oh, wait, UNDIAGNOSED speep apnea? How would I know if I had it unless I was diagnosed?" Was he testing my thinking?

Though on a positive note, one of the teams in the PropTech Innovation Challenge is working with us to look at how communities could use their tool to speep up and reduce cost of feasibility & planning work.
