Anyway - finished 'A Fire Upon The Deep' by Vernor Vinge.
Loved it, and I'm totally gonna steal the 'skroderiders' and 'tines' for a ttrpg, if I ever find enough people for a 'Scum&Villainy' campaign.
I'm surprised that there's very little fanart for it.
