We confirmed that overnight MSC-EV incubation prevents NGF-induced sensitisation of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons; NGF depolarises resting membrane potential & ⬇️ rheobase, MSC-EVs prevent these effects.

What all this sheet masking has taught me:
- My skin isn’t sensitive to mild fragrance. It better dissipate, though.
- Doesn’t mind alcohol either, as long as the product is hydrating. I rotate products in and out of routine to prevent sensitization.
- Any rice/sake by-product? 💗 🤲🏿 🙏🏿🌾🧎🏿‍♀️

**Abstract:** Chronic pain following stroke represents a significant unmet clinical need, often driven by maladaptive central sensitization. Current spinal cord stimulation (SCS) therapies lack precision, producing variable efficacy and unwanted side effects. This paper introduces an Augmented Bayesian Reinforcement Learning (ABRL) framework for dynamically optimizing SCS parameters to mitigate central sensitization-related pain. The proposed system ingests multimodal data (electromyography, quantitative sensory testing, patient-reported outcome measures), employs a deep Gaussian Process for parameter prediction, and utilizes a Bayesian Reinforcement Learning agent to personalize stimulation strategies.
