As someone who went to Catholic schools and highschool, and had to go to catechism class because my parents thought it’d protect me from sects (I guess it did since I’m now atheist lol), I can relate and sympathise 🫂

Contrast with other sects like Catholicism. I've worked for 8 different priests over my career, and they ALL referred to the consecrated Host in the tabernacle by name, as "Jesus," in everyday conversation. That's believing something unique and not being apologetic about it

This is just the government switching which religious horse to bet on. Christian religion has been weaponized for centuries when it comes to colonization and it’s almost universal for all sects of Christianity to have a hand it at some point in time.
