Oh yes! I'm a Coloradan. Tina Peters is right where she should be. Our voting procedures are the Gold Standard. We don't need unethical people corrupting that. #TinaPeters

I never said anything about non-wiki definitions. Go ahead chef, find me a textbook definition of the term "medical procedures" which excludes testing, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment.

Go on.

Right because they said that minors cannot consent to medical procedures. What part of that did you miss the last time I said it? They did not mention trans kids, they just happened to use the exact same logic that right wingers use to deny trans kids access to puberty blockers. You okay with that?

the onion article, in hindsight, really wasn’t harsh enough

They brought up the idea that children cannot consent to any medical procedures. I will counter that hard stop every time. Because kids absolutely do have the right to consent to a whole host of medical procedures.

Maybe you should accept that your bluesky friend had bad logic.

Not all
There is a small trend in certain parts of Canada but mostly for clinics specializing in procedures that many hospitals aren't staffed to handle.

Part of those procedures will still be covered by the government but there will be an additional cost to the patient.

Which is why I did not say anyone was operating on kids. I used the term "medical procedures". That includes the prescription of purity blockers.

What actually happened is you guys presumed I was a right winger and presumed that by procedures I meant surgery. But you won't admit it.

What I just posted wasn't to definition it was part of a definition. I posted the first part of that definition a little bit further up. This clarifies the definition by going into detail about how the different types of medical procedures can include everything from testing to surgery.

From Wiki: "A medical procedure with the intention of determining, measuring, or diagnosing a patient condition or parameter is also called a medical test. Other common kinds of procedures are therapeutic, such as surgical and physical rehabilitation procedures."

You're just wrong.

Standing in a line at Portland Union Station for my train that departs in 30 minutes and I forgot that Amtrak’s idiotic boarding procedures extend to the West Coast.

if satomi mentioned getting his tubes tied in front of kyouji i firmly believe kyouji would L E A P to volunteer, considering ths vast difference in invasiveness between the two procedures

If best wishes could make Mamdani successful, he would exceed expectations. There is a lot of work ahead. Hopefully, leadership down the bureaucratic line will set goals and procedures that are achievable. The liberal values are evident!

They have no procedures to keep the lines moving. Literally we're in the same spot for 20 minutes while the group was trying to download their transcripts to prove they live here. Multiple groups. Just chaos.

And when I have enough money to pay for commitments to whatever the fuck these formal procedures represent, I'll pay and the rest is inevitably going to groceries and stuff.

I don't wanna make any more music.

You don't even deserve to hear what I got in store.

Tja, keuzes.🙄

To be clear, I am not being oppositional. I am trying to learn.

I assume that if the government is paying for procedures on people, it may say no to someone because others have a greater need. I don’t know. I am just assuming. :-)

How is your experience with universal healthcare? Efficient?

Changes are also being made to absentee ballot procedures; individuals applying online must provide both the last four digits of their Social Security number and their Minnesota driver’s license or state ID number. New regulations require disclaimers on mailings related to absentee ballots

Apparently not great to work for either here. Lowering pay and sales targets. Selling tests procedures etc with little benefit

I wasn't even allowed to buy my own train tickets (Young Person's Railcard and a friend in the booking office) once I got to go on the occasional business trip. Had to go through Finance, at three times the price I could have got them for, because *procedures*.
