This is a complaint made in good faith regarding an instance of bias and discrimination as defined within the code of conduct. During the Feminist Caucus meeting Dex Anderson sought out, by searching through the entire call, people without pronouns. Dex then called out a person, who was of African-American decent. Then accused Feminist Caucus
leadership of being whitewashed and left the meeting. The issues is that I am native american, I do not identify as white. I am a DFLer because the DFL isn't afraid to make unpopular choices that positively impact me as a native american. The dangers of attaching race could lead to an unraveling of that and therefore is biased behavior.
Specifically, we could see Dex's eyes searching the screen while they was on speaker view. Dex was searching through several pages before locating a single person which they called out. Dex became upset after a discussion, accused the leadership of being "whitewashed" and left. Dex intentionally made that accusation with full intentions of placing my
