Some do some don't.

Often collectors have different segments of their collection based on the qualities of the stamps.

Such postmarked mail clipped stamps are a categorization and they are collected.

Those postmarked on certain dates can hold more value.

Tell Gov. DeWine to VETO SB 293!
In 2024, almost 10,000 ballots postmarked by Election Day arrived at their Boards of Elections during the 4-day window that SB 293 would eliminate. Clearly this is not a "minor revision."

🤬 Force more Ohioans to vote provisionally
🤬 CANCEL your voter registration if you don't "cure" your provisional ballot within FOUR days
🤬 Reject ballots that arrive after Election Day, even if postmarked on time!

Also: Alleghany, Highland and Norton have no "post-election" mail-in absentee ballots tallied (ballots postmarked by Election Day and arrived by noon last Friday).

Likely reason: they don't have any. Highland (133/133) and Norton (132/133) are our least populated localities. Alleghany is 101/133.
