and no moodswings and being happy or sad is not bipolar disorder. moodswings are a huge part of it, but now how ppl think. my moodswings are almost always intense anger and then guilt. i'm not super happy and then super sad.

one of the many upsides of this vent account is that i get to gauge how long my downward moodswings actually are vs what can feel like forever, do i have longer ones? sure. but this one was basically just a peak for a moment...or i guess a valley? that already got better

I learned recently that Moodswings are a very common symptom of ADHD.
Which is also why Depressive Phases that only last a couple of days are not uncommon.

telling myself that me getting hopeful over anyone is a sign for me to chill and that i need to pull back cuz the letdown is sure to come around soon enough

It's a good thing I switched meds right before the weekend too, since those are my break days, so I'll get two days to compare my mood without the meds to it with the meds and see if it's actual moodswings or just an outside factor.
