I learned recently that Moodswings are a very common symptom of ADHD.
Which is also why Depressive Phases that only last a couple of days are not uncommon.

Trying to get a psychiatrist to see if going on Medication for ADHD makes sense. My therapist seems to think so.
But so far no Doctor can see me. I'm not even talking about going on a waiting list.
They just don't take new patients
