What non-work goals are people setting for 2026?

I have two:

🥁Find a band to play with & play a live show

🏋️‍♀️100 lifting sessions (I did 95 in 2025... really I should do 150 since I do a 3-day split but I usually go 2x /week lifting legs every week & alternating between back/shoulders & chest/arms)

Well you know me and lifting! 🏋️‍♂️ I don’t have a ton of stamina for cardio but do get my walks in, I feel the lifting helps to an extent because having muscle to carry the WEIGHT around makes a difference imo! Don’t need to go too heavy but maybe incorporating some light dumbbell exercises could help!
