Well you know me and lifting! 🏋️‍♂️ I don’t have a ton of stamina for cardio but do get my walks in, I feel the lifting helps to an extent because having muscle to carry the WEIGHT around makes a difference imo! Don’t need to go too heavy but maybe incorporating some light dumbbell exercises could help!

I set some new fitness goals for myself and have also been doing this 21 day challenges for my knees and left shoulder, which are feeling a lot better.
