Taking a few days volunteering at Karridale Circus training camp. Lots of last minute volunteers needed so I put my hand up to help. I really enjoy volunteering and have done so since I was 14. When money isn’t the priority life is much better 💚🙏🏽🌏 #volunteering #service #legaliseit #lcwa

Some chapters are geared up to work with people with medical conditions (lCWA groups often work with people in care homes), a cycle can reach places / routes cars can't and with a pilot you don't need parking.

Still not convinced some of the punitive changes won’t still be introduced. End of LCWA with job coaches deciding capacity. Reduction in points for some challenges, meaning many no longer qualify for PIP.

UC has almost no discretion when it comes to individuals. You can claim the LCWA element, but you must have an official diagnosis from your GP, I'm currently 8 years into waiting for that to happen.

I managed to find this screen shot of what the DWP did to me. The blame was I still received Carers Allowance, which had stopped mid April. Took another month to July to get UC again. I qualified for LCWA but I had to do another 3 months to get it. Just in case I was faking it.
