The interview is great. Captures everything he has addressed for some time. Think the billionaires and Republicans in power are truly afraid of him. He speaks to everyone--party affiliation is irrelevant. People have had enough of the corruption and ugliness.

That's a great photo, btw. The clouds of condensing vapor are from the arrays of cooling towers for the two new gas units, now both operating and sending power to CA. The two idled coal units and their big (shared) smokestack are at right; their cooling system is off the right edge of the photo.

It's incredible the way dementia patients can present as normal when - if you analyse their conversation - most of it is rubbish.
A lot of it is a testament to the way our brains make sense of incomplete information.

And, no, he has no business having the great power/authority that he "holds".

God bless the great Jesse Jackson. He raised us up at a time we needed it most. His presidential campaign during the dark days of Reagan reminded us of the transforming power of the civil rights movement. I met him once in Tokyo. He was supporting LA hotel workers on strike at a Japanese company! 💔

...and financing America's rising élites? I mean, as a multi-generational exercise in deploying soft power by a hyperpower to extend its time as a great power by half a century in the face of rising industrialization in its adversaries Germany, Russia, Japan, etc., it is a masterclass indeed. 2/END
