After 4 hours of running bright, I’ve gotta call it and go to bed.

Cap is still sitting at 1.88V, which means in theory this LED would’ve stayed bright for another hour+ easy.

Built a selectable load box and started real measurements. Peltier is upcycled from a dead mini fridge. Hot side was ~200°F water, cold side ice from outside. It peaked around ~0.1W at ~10Ω and collapsed fast below that.

Selectable load box is alive! rotary switch, cement resistors, with a messy perfboard. Resistance readings check out. Next step is throwing real power at it with a Stirling + Peltier.

Didn’t plan this one very well, but it’s turning into a selectable load box anyway. Cement resistors, perfboard, rotary switch. Using it to poke at a Stirling engine + a Peltier and see how many watts I can make.
