Very few of my OCs are what most people would call "cis" (i.e., lots of monsters and other non-humans with funky junk) but Lover and Mars are both explicitly trans men! Wet liquid clings to them and the internal walls as the tiny has a look of exhaustion.

And...in the rabbit hole I entered in pursuit of A. R-B, I found this portrait by an artist of whom I'd also never heard, with a similar life story. He ended up in the US and apparently was fairly successful there in the 1960s.
